Initiated by Shanghai Urban Development Group, Master Club was established in August 2007. It is a non-profit customer service organization, composed of residential and commercial property owners, other voluntary participants and institutions that are willing to abide by the Master Club Charters.
After the integration of SIUD and UDCN, Master Club has expanded into a customer organization that also covers the property projects of SIUD. The purpose of Master Club, which was based on UDCN’s real estate business, is to enhance UDCN’s communication and contact with its property owners and the whole society at large, so as to better integrate internal and external resources to serve UDCN’s marketing, customer management and service, as well as to improve the corporate branding building and development.
Since its establishment in 2007, the Club has organized a series of public activities like “Teeth Care Day”, “Yoga Day” and “Tennis 123 Family Day”, travel activities like “A trip to Xitang with photographers”, “Happy Cities, Wuxi Trip”. The club will continue to carry forward the spirit of “Better Club, Better Life”, serve our clients with passion, enhance the communication with them, and maintain the customer atmosphere of sincerity and trust.
